Fitness & Nutrition Coach

Hey! I'm Eilat and I've been a certified fitness and nutrition coach for over 10 years! I've met and worked with some pretty amazing people and I'm so excited to start working with YOU!


I believe that living a healthy lifestyle doesn't mean we have to restrict or deprive ourselves. Improving overall health should be accessible to anyone - whether it's from home or gym. Balance is key. I fell in love with flexible dieting because I believe it's truly sustainable and balanced- no "7 day detox" or "21 day fix". Focusing on healthy, whole foods as much as we can and making room for the things we love in moderation. Simply eating foods that make us feel good, and eliminating the foods that don't. Finding exercises that we enjoy, and workouts that can challenge us and push us to get stronger and reach our goals. Understanding that living a healthy lifestyle is not an overnight thing - it's a lifelong journey that continues to pay off from the very beginning.


I have a passion for coaching and teaching people everything I know and beyond. I always have my clients best interest above ALL. I offer custom services as I truly believe that meal and training plans are not one size fits all. I don't do cookie cutter plans. I truly put my time and effort into every single plan that I create and make sure that it's completely personalized and effective. I take pride in client progress, feedback, and everything in between. No matter what plan you choose - you will get my full support every step of the way.

I specialize in full transformations. I work with BOTH men and women! Whether your goal is to build muscle, lose fat, gain healthy weight, or anything in between - I can customize a meal and training plan to help you achieve your goals.


Not all programs have to be about your physical goals. I also work with clients who are just looking to live a healthier lifestyle in general and learn more about flexible dieting and goal specific exercise.


My passion for health and fitness originally started from my own experience of learning how much it truly matters and personally experiencing life-changing benefits from flexible dieting, training for my specific goals, and not viewing any of it as a "diet" or a "burden".


In the last few years, my passion has been even more fuelled by all the amazing individuals that I have worked with who have been able to not only change their bodies, but completely change their habits and lifestyle for the better. I think that living a healthy lifestyle has a domino effect on our lives - simply cleaning up your diet can instantly lead to a better mood, higher energy, more motivation, and so much more. Seeing others experience this is what makes me love and truly appreciate what I do!

My health and fitness journey started years ago when I was in college. I had super early classes and spent the majority of my days studying - eating McDonalds, snacking on chocolate and chips (most of what was available at school) and wondering why I was lacking energy or motivation to do anything. I would always see students at the gym but never felt the push to go myself- even though I wasn't very happy with my body. I felt skinny-fat and weak, I would look in the mirror and always imagine myself feeling stronger and more confident. I was over feeling sluggish so I started researching nutrition and how food and exercise directly affects everything from my skin to my mood.


I started experimenting with different diets and workouts - failing and restarting about 100x but during the process I realized how much more energy I had - I felt brand new. I was always in a good mood, I was getting STRONG and my body was starting to change, my skin was more clear, and I felt like for once in my life - I was living a lifestyle that I truly LOVED and best of all - I was in CONTROL. I found myself more interested in learning how to better myself - both physically and mentally, that I decided to shift my focus on it completely. That's when I started my own healthy meal prep company and private training studio where I was able to work with amazing individuals 1 on 1 in person. Fast forward a few more years and I'm helping people all over the world change their lifestyles, achieve their goals, and be the healthiest and most confident version of themselves!
