My passion for health and fitness originally started from my own experience of learning how much it truly matters and personally experiencing life-changing benefits from flexible dieting, training for my specific goals, and not viewing any of it as a "diet" or a "burden".
In the last few years, my passion has been even more fuelled by all the amazing individuals that I have worked with who have been able to not only change their bodies, but completely change their habits and lifestyle for the better. I think that living a healthy lifestyle has a domino effect on our lives - simply cleaning up your diet can instantly lead to a better mood, higher energy, more motivation, and so much more. Seeing others experience this is what makes me love and truly appreciate what I do!
